The Service may terminate your membership at any time if you have breached these terms and conditions. Upon termination of your membership, your right to use the website immediately ceases and you acknowledge that CupidNights may immediately delete the files in your account. Upon termination of your membership, you are not entitled to a refund of any prior sums paid to the Service.

Assignment
You agree that the Service has the right to assign or sub-contract any or all of its obligations under these terms and conditions.

Jusrisdiction
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
