X-Factor
as in
"You’ve got the X-factor"
Variations: "I am attracted to you ... There is something about you ... You have a kind face"
Down, boy! Of course, if she meant what you think she means, you’d be right to rip off your clothes and get serious straight away. And probably she does mean what you think - that you have an indefinable sexual something that really turns her on - at least to some extent.
But it is unlikely to be either a large “something” or the focus of her attention. Rather she is using “X-factor” more like a scientist than a passionate girl, in the sense of “the unknown ... the unproven ... the uncertain ...” and, most worrying for you “... the unlikely”.
She’s saying there is something about you - above and beyond sex - that might just be to her liking but she will need more time to find out. To investigate.
Not with stroking but talking. Plus questions, assessments and a few tactical exercises. At the end of it all she might just be satisfied that you have what she is looking for - just worthiness, fidelity, affection.
You have to wonder why she can’t right away see you would be great for her (even if you don’t actually have the qualities she wants in the long term).

But at least she perceives the outline of her dream - or, more prosaically doesn’t
immediately see you for the unreliable, pompous buffoon that you can be all too often. She hasn’t ruled you out of the running.
If she can be that foolish, you might just be able to convince her that you have more pluses than minuses as well in a few weeks rather than months.
